A 2-year degree taught in English to acquire all the decisive skills to be at the forefront of decision-making in the field of waste and biomass valorization.
Master BiWEM provides state-of-the-art education in the fields of clean technology (including bioenergy, material recovery and valorization, waste to energy), resource diagnostic and integrated strategies to design and manage economically and environmentally sustainable energy systems.

IMT Mines Albi is a public graduate school of engineering member of the Mines-Telecom Institute, which is today the first group of schools of engineering and management in France.
On the campus, students benefit from an area of more than 22ha, including 45 000 m² of reception and service infrastructure: documentation centre, computer rooms, multimedia services, catering, gyms, green spaces... and only 5 minutes away from the centre of Albi, with modern architecture to ensure the comfort of students to unwind in a green oasis.
The accommodation capacity of the campus allows all the international student-engineers and masters students to be lodged in halls of residence owned by the School.
