Only applicants who are accepted after review of their application and qualification tests and are among the first to be accepted by a host company, within the limit of places available, will be definitively admitted. Apprenticeship contracts are validated and signed by MidiSup

NB: students holding foreign degrees, diplomas or certificates which the admissions board has approved as equivalent to the degrees and diplomas required are also allowed to apply.

International pharmacy students wishing to apply must complete two procedures simultaneously:

Admission requirements for the second year of the engineering program - vocational training agreement or continuing education
    • apply via the application platform.

Number of places open in 2024:

    • 15 places in the student program
    • 10 places in the work-study program

    • First phase (student and work-study status): application review

You will receive eligibility or non-eligibility results individually by email a few days prior to the tests (expected date for results to be sent - from April 8, 2024 - this date is subject to change). Eligible applicants will be asked to log on to a platform to choose the date for their qualification tests (only one choice of a non-modifiable date is possible). Since the number of applicants per day is limited, the date can only be guaranteed for applicants who register quickly. Applicants must report to the school’s reception desk with a valid ID at 7:45am on the date selected.

    • Second phase (student and work-study status): qualification tests

Qualification events will be organized in person at IMT Mines Albi between Monday, April 22 and Friday, April 26, 2024. At the end of the qualification tests, the admissions committee will establish a list of final admissions (student track) and academic admissions (work-study track).

    • A written test with multiple-choice math (L2 scientific level) and French questions (vocabulary, grammar, conjugation, written comprehension, summarizing).
    • An oral interview test with a jury on your motivations and career plan.
    • Oral tests in English.

The Academic Commission will communicate the results individually from April 27, 2024. The tests may be rescheduled or modified in the case of force majeure.

    • Third phase (work-study): search for a host company

Search until the end of September

Final admission to the work-study track will be announced for applicants declared eligible following the qualification tests who are among the first to be accepted by a host company, within the limit of places available. Applicants who have not yet found a host company when their admission is announced will be asked to participate in a company search training session or receive advice by telephone.

Applicants are therefore strongly encouraged to actively seek a host company before their academic admission is announced. Looking for a host company for a work-study contract is similar to a job search. This is therefore the final criterion for selecting applicants.

Establishment of the final work-study admission list: September 19, 2024

As a reminder: final admission is always subject to the applicants’ successful completion of their fifth year of pharmacy – industry track studies.

    More information on work-study contracts

Applicants may use the company presentation file, downloadable here, to assist them in their search and interactions with companies. A company search training session and personalized support are organized for eligible applicants.
