IMT Mines Albi is developing a range of continuing training courses leading to a diploma for company employees. The objective is to enable high-potential employees to upgrade their skills and obtain a recognized diploma, either with generalist profiles, or in specialized fields (Masters of Science, Master's degrees, in English language).
- The generalist engineering diploma as continued education

An employee, senior technician (holder of a vocational training certificate or equivalent), with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, can join IMT Mines Albi to train and obtain a diploma in engineering. Your company is ready to support his/her project, for a skills upgrading, access to a new career momentum. IMT Mines Albi offers these employees the opportunity to integrate the engineering cycle through work-study programs: time spent at school with the apprentices, time spent in their home company.

- CQC Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management – in partnership with AGILEA Formation
This course issues the Certificate of Qualification of Competencies (CQC) Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management, it is given in French or English, and is accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE). Its objective is to train participants in the
fundamentals of operations & supply chain management
- Health Organization Engineering – in partnership with EUROSAE
The course proposes to explore tools and methods for organizational diagnosis and problem solving adapted to the hospital context, with the aim of enabling the agents of these organizations to improve the daily lives of patients & staff.
- Continuous Improvement and Lean - Six Sigma – in partnership with EUROSAE
This program offers a complete training (18 days) in continuous improvement methods, techniques & tools (also called Lean Management and 6 Sigma) applied to the business world.
- Introduction to flow simulation through practice – in partnership with EUROSAE
This training uses simple but concrete and realistic processes as a guideline so that participants can get a clear idea of the potential of a simulation tool.
- Supply-Demand Chain Management – in partnership with EUROSAE
This program provides comprehensive training (20 days) in the methods, techniques and tools of Supply Chain Management & Demand Management applied to businesses.
