2026 Engineering School Rankings: IMT Mines Albi Shows Strong Growth According to L’Étudiant
L'Étudiant's 2026 engineering school rankings are out! This year, more than 170 institutions were thoroughly evaluated. IMT Mines Albi has moved up six spots to rank as the 32nd best engineering school in France.
Out of a total of 174 ranked institutions, IMT Mines Albi ranks as the 6th best engineering school in Occitanie. Coming in behind its sister school in the Institut Mines-Télécom group, IMT Mines Alès, IMT Mines Albi stands out for its leadership in research and academic excellence:

• Percentage of faculty members who are also researchers: 94.96%
• Endowment policy: 13 endowed chairs and joint research laboratories
The 2026 L'Étudiant ranking also highlights the employability and average salary of engineering graduates from IMT Mines Albi.
