🤝 IMT Mines Albi and H2TEAM seal a strategic partnership for industrial innovation around hydrogen applications

IMT Mines Albi and H2TEAM are combining their expertise by signing a partnership agreement. The aim of this collaboration is to bring the school and the company closer together, promote the exchange of skills, and create opportunities for engineering students and innovation.

The partnership between IMT Mines Albi and H2Team is part of the two partners' shared desire to develop long-term cooperation, with a view to training engineering students, helping them enter the job market, and bringing the academic and industrial worlds closer together.

IMT Mines Albi is an engineering school belonging to the Institut Mines-Télécom, renowned for its general engineering training and its commitment to innovation, research, and close ties with industry. H2Team is a company specializing in hydrogen and energy transition technologies, supporting the development of innovative industrial solutions.

Through this partnership, the school and the company aim to create lasting synergies, promoting the sharing of expertise and the development of skills to address current energy and industrial challenges.

A partnership promoting training and employability for engineering students at IMT Mines Albi

As part of this partnership, IMT Mines Albi is committed to promoting the opportunities offered by H2Team. H2Team will be invited to participate in various events organized at IMT Mines Albi, such as round tables, juries, conferences, and discussions with students, thereby encouraging direct interaction between students, teachers, and professionals.

For its part, H2Team is actively committed to training engineering students at IMT Mines Albi. The company will offer internships. These experiences will enable students to apply their skills and fresh perspectives to concrete projects and issues.

H2Team will also contribute to training by proposing educational project themes. The company will also give courses and conferences, sharing its expertise with students.

Work-study programs, industrial immersion, and long-term partnerships: a forward-looking collaboration

The partnership also provides for the dissemination of work-study contract offers for general engineering training, lasting 12 or 18 months for students, or 36 months for apprentices. H2Team will also offer tours of its industrial sites, allowing engineering students to better understand the realities of the field and industrial challenges.

Finally, the two partners are considering developing additional collaborations, particularly in the form of sponsorship, in order to support joint projects and strengthen their cooperation in the long term.
